End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between Whitecourt All Terrain Ltd. (“WAT”) and each person WAT authorizes to use the WAT Rental staff application (“the App”). By signing in you agree to this EULA.

License

WAT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App only for WAT’s rental operations, while you are an employee or authorized contractor. The App is not a public booking site. Public rental information stays on whitecourtutv.com.

You do not own the App, the code, the WAT name, or the data. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide access to anyone WAT has not authorized.

Accounts

Keep your login to yourself. Tell an owner at once if you think it was misused. WAT may suspend or end access at any time, including when your job or contract ends.

Acceptable use

• Use the App only for WAT yard, shop, and billing work.
• Enter accurate rental, customer, and unit information.
• Do not upload unlawful content or data you have no right to store.
• Do not attempt to bypass roles, copy customer lists for personal use, or access another person’s account.

QuickBooks and Helcim

An owner may connect the App to QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and Helcim. Those products have their own terms. Employees must not open QuickBooks to do WAT rental work. Card data is handled by Helcim, not stored as full card numbers in the App.

Data

Customer, fleet, rental, photo, and billing records in the App belong to WAT. How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The App is provided as is for internal operations. WAT does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent Alberta law allows, WAT is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages from use of the App. This does not limit liability that Alberta law does not allow to be limited.

Termination

This license ends when WAT ends your access or when you stop using the App. Sections on data, acceptable use, and liability survive.

Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Courts in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory law says otherwise.
